With this in mind you are able to learn how to handle any obstacle present at any organizational level.
It is upon the employee to know the kind of systems that they have and types of system actually depend with the size of the organization, without having good knowldge on the type of a system that exist in your organization you will be ruined and organization structure will not be working as expected.
